We have gained our experience over the years from many private and governmental projects — construction and civil works, electrical works, finishes, decorations, general construction, landscaping and other services — backed by skilled labour and modern construction equipment, with safety always in first place.

General Requirements

The company's business process model transparently illustrates the interaction between QMS processes, supporting processes and activities. It consists of:

These processes take inputs and convert them into added-value outputs that satisfy interested parties' needs and expectations.

Each process is aligned to deliver our business goals and is linked to key performance criteria used to monitor achievements; its effectiveness is maintained and enhanced by documented sub-processes and procedures.

Core and supporting processes cross organizational boundaries, giving everyone a clear focus on the requirements that must be satisfied for the business to succeed.

Each process and procedure has an owner with prime responsibility for ensuring that it achieves its objectives and is under continual review for improvement.

The structured documentation of the management system identifies which activities are carried out directly by company staff or through external parties, providing a baseline to identify improvements and implement best practices.

In all cases, external processes remain the responsibility of the company, which is responsible for conformity with customer requirements.

Quality Manual

The Quality Manual covers UEC Contracting Co. quality policies, which conform to ISO 9001:2008 requirements, and refers to the supporting procedures.
The Management Representative is the company's Quality Manager, responsible for approving the Quality Manual and any changes.
The Quality Manager is responsible for preparing and executing the Manual and any changes.
The Quality Manual and objectives are reviewed at least once a year.

Documents & Records Control

All original documents are maintained by the Quality Manager according to the Document and Data Control Procedure.
The Document Controller is responsible for filing, indexing, custody and specifying retention times of quality records as stated in each procedure / work instruction.
Pages subject to changes are identified by change number and date in the page footer.
Hard copies of records are stored in dry, clean filing cabinets; retention periods are stated in each procedure / work instruction.
A complete backup of electronic records and data is kept in fireproof cabinets in a safe location.
All records are kept legible, readily identifiable and easily retrievable.
Customer and associate records are handled as company quality records.
When specified contractually, company quality records are accessible to the customer or their representative.
